Tom Hillenbrand of Beautness animation created a series of explainer videos to show volunteers how they can create cut out figures for our Cato Street Conspiracy animation project.
This proved necessary as the Covid lockdown restrictions stopped Tom from visiting some of our schools in person to complete the artwork we needed for our animation.
This video was sent out to schools and shows looks how to draw a woman, a girl and a boy from the year 1820. The woman is based on figures that appeared in the film Peterloo. Schools were encouraged to draw figures to a create a crowd scene for the animated execution of the Cato Street Conspirators at Newgate Prison. This film was included within our documentary film: The West End Job: The Cato Street Conspiracy and you can also find it elsewhere on this website as a stand alone animation film.
